Placement Is Approved
If approved, we confirm the placement, price, intended start date, and advertising requirements.
Agreement Is Signed
The advertiser completes the High Stakes Carp Advertising & Sponsorship Agreement.
Recurring Billing Is Established
The advertiser establishes recurring billing through our secure payment provider.
Creative Is Approved
We receive and approve the logo, image, business description, destination link, and promotional claims required for the placement.
Sponsorship Goes Live
The advertising period begins once the placement is ready and required payment has been successfully received.
Policy
High Stakes Carp reserves the right to reject any advertiser, creative, destination page, claim, product, or promotion that we believe is inappropriate for the High Stakes Carp audience or inconsistent with the site.
Paid placements are identified as advertising or sponsored advertising.
A sponsorship should never be mistaken for independent High Stakes Carp editorial content.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertising materials, prices, schedules, promotions, tournament information, product claims, and destination pages.
High Stakes Carp may request changes or supporting information before accepting a claim.
Links included as part of a paid advertising relationship are treated as sponsored links.
High Stakes Carp does not guarantee any minimum number of:
Advertising provides the agreed placement. Business results will vary.
Advertisers receive no control over independent High Stakes Carp articles, state pages, research, classifications, recommendations, opinions, or future editorial decisions.
Availability is intentionally limited.
High Stakes Carp may maintain a waiting list when a sponsorship position is already occupied.
Terms
Sponsorships are billed monthly in advance unless a separate written arrangement has been approved.
The standard initial sponsorship term is three consecutive months.
Following the initial term, the placement renews month-to-month until canceled.
Cancellation after the initial commitment takes effect at the end of the advertiser's current paid billing period.
Payments already processed are generally non-refundable except when High Stakes Carp is unable to provide the purchased placement or otherwise agrees to a refund or credit.
Applicable taxes may be added where legally required.
Complete billing, cancellation, creative, termination, and placement terms are contained in the High Stakes Carp Advertising & Sponsorship Agreement.
